Refund policy
REFUNDS AND REPLACEMENTS
We strive to deliver you the best in quality and value, and if you are not satisfied with your order we are happy to issue you a full refund or a replacement of your purchase. Please keep in mind that you need to contact us regarding a refund or a replacement within 30 days from receiving your goods. If more than 30 days have passed, we will not be able to assist you further with refunding you or replacing your purchased product.

Provide us with your order number, a detailed description of the issue with the purchased product as well as photos or videos of the item to prove the damage. If the photo cannot prove the products are damaged, please upload a video.
Your request will be thoroughly investigated within 24 hours from submitting and if the reason for which you are requesting a refund is valid, we will immediately issue a refund or replace the items.
The refund will be issued back to the same payment method you used while placing your order.
Possible Reasons for a Refund:

Orders Delayed - Orders are lacking tracking information, in transit, pending, or expired 30 days after orders were shipped out.
Note: Sometimes, the order had arrived at the nearest post office to the buyer and appears as pending because of insufficient address, package unclaimed, no such number, etc. You can contact your local post office or go to the post office and check if this is the case.

Orders not Received
Keep in mind that Megaton Fitness will not deal with refunds or resend products if the tracking information shows the order is delivered or the tracking information indicates an alert. The alert reasons are listed below:
- a) Incorrect/insufficient address
- b) No such number
- c) Unknown recipient
- d) Refused
- e) Not picked up on time
- f) No safe delivery location
- g) Uncleared customs
- h) Others
Note: The local courier may try delivering the goods to you 1-3 times. If the package is still unclaimed after those attempts, it will be returned to the local post office for storage for 3-7 days. In such case, the Buyer needs to pick up the package themselves from that post office. Otherwise, the package will be returned to the Seller. Megaton Fitness takes no responsibility if products have been lost during that process.
- Incorrect or Missing Products
Megaton Fitness has a strict quality control process before products are dispatched. Megaton Fitness will deal with incorrect or missing products as follows:
- a) For incorrect products, Megaton Fitness offers a full refund or replacement.
- b) For products with the wrong color, size which doesn't affect product function, etc., Megaton Fitness offers a refund or replacement.
- c) For parts missing which doesn’t affect product function, Megaton Fitness may refund partially or resend the missing part; for parts missing which affect product function, Megaton Fitness will resend the whole product.
- d) For accessories, Megaton Fitness will resend the accessories.

Orders Cancellation - For orders cancellation, Megaton Fitness offers a full refund before products are processed.

Invalid Refund Reasons:
- The Buyer no longer wants the items - this is the most common example which we cannot honor if we want to continue offering great value at Megaton Fitness. The buyer should make sure he or she wants to buy the items before submitting an order, not after. After an order is submitted, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order.
- The Buyer found items cheaper somewhere else - the Buyer should be confident that he or she is ready to pay the asking prices before submitting an order. After an order is submitted, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order.
- The shipping address was provided incorrectly - the Buyer has to always make sure that upon placing an order the shipping address is entered correctly.
- The Buyer ordered the wrong item - the Buyer has to be sure that the product being ordered is the same product that the Buyer wants.
- Products smell unusual.

Force Majeure
Megaton Fitness takes no responsibility for any products damaged or shipping delays caused by the act of god, including but not limited to: epidemic situations, international situations, strikes, war, earthquakes, floods, viruses, storms, heavy snow, or customs inspection. However, Megaton Fitness will notify you by email or phone.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
Please understand that we issue refunds as soon as your refund request is approved - that means that the money leaves our account immediately. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. We have seen some credit card companies take up to 30 days to show that the refund has been put back on the card. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us HERE or mail us at support@megatonfitness.com.
How long does delivery take?
All orders are shipped within 1-3 business days. Then the transit time takes 1-2 weeks until the product is delivered to you. If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery times, please contact our support team at support@megatontonfitness.com.
(This policy excludes errors made by customers when providing shipping details on their order(s) or missed parcel deliveries).
European Union 14-day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Can you provide me with a tracking number?
All tracking numbers will be emailed to the customer as soon as the tracking information becomes available. Usually, this happens within 24 hours from the order being placed, however, it might take up to 3 days for you to receive a tracking number (this is in case a tracking number is provided after an order is processed, which takes 1-3 days.
I've entered the wrong shipping address, can I change it?
If this happens to you, email us as soon as possible, and we MIGHT be able to take care of it. However, we can't promise anything as all our items are usually processed immediately after you order and ship out the same day or a few days after. If your order has already entered the shipping process, we won't be able to stop it.
We should not be responsible if you entered an incomplete and/or incorrect shipping address. Our system automatically processes orders and just follows what you supplied.
Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order once it has been processed and/or shipped. If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been processed, we will be able to issue a refund.
