Q: Is shipping free?
A: Yes, we offer completely free shipping.
Q: How long until I receive my products?
A: The processing time is 1-3 days. During that time, we will do the respective quality checks, packaging and handle the parcel to the courier. Then, you will receive it within 1-4 weeks. You can check the couriers we work with on our Shipping Policy page.
Q: I placed an order, however, my tracking number is not available.
A: It may take up to 24 hours for the tracking number to be updated and sent to you. You will receive that via email or SMS.
Q: I made a mistake while placing my order, what now?
A: If this happens to you, email us as soon as possible, we MIGHT be able to take care of it. However, we can't promise anything as all our items are usually processed immediately after you order and ship out the same day or a few days after. If your order has already entered the shipping process, we won't be able to stop it. You can check our policy HERE.
Q: How do I request a refund?
A: Provide us with your order number, a detailed description of the issue with the purchased product as well as photos or videos of the item to prove the damage. If the photo cannot prove the products are damaged, please upload a video.

Q: How long does it take for a refund to be issued?
A: Once we have enough information regarding the problem and the reason for which you have requested a refund is valid, it will immediately be taken care of.
